Vachon, Esq. earned his first law degree from the University of Victoria School of Law in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada in 1998. The University of Victoria Faculty of Law was ranked as the top law school in Canada during the years that he attended. Mr. Vachon went back to school for a Master’s Degree in law, and earned an LL.M.B. (i.e., a Master’s Degree in Business & Corporate Law) from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2001. Prior to law school Mr. Vachon was a business major, and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver, B.C., Canada in 1995.

Svetlana Morozovskaya, Assistant to California Lemon Law Attorney
Svetlana Morozovskaya joined the Vachon Law Firm in 2010 as a Technical Writer and Assistant to California lemon law attorney Michael R. Vachon, Esq. She has also received training as a Paralegal, and is a graduate of the American Bar Association accredited Paralegal program at the University of California San Diego. She is a member of the Lambda Epsilon Chi Honor Society, which is the national honor society for Paralegal/Legal Assistant professionals, a distinction that she earned because of her academic excellence at the U.C. San Diego program.
Ms. Morozovskaya speaks fluent Russian, as she was born and raised in the former Soviet Union.
